We collaborate with our affiliated dentists to scale their businesses while improving efficiency and profitability. And we have fun while doing it.
We’re a little different from your standard dental service organization. Historically our focus is to be very clinician centric while still allowing for the individuality of each practice and each clinician to shine. We are not here to standardize your practice — we’re here to support it.
Dentists are passionate about patient care, so with us taking care of the administrative side of a practice, dentists can just focus on dentistry. It goes far beyond dentistry too. The scale of our network allows us access to continuing education, certifications, and leadership development.

We are dentist-founded and dentist-centric, intent to improve the lives of dentists and their teams while they focus on providing the best dental care they can. Since 2014, we started with one dentist office in Creve Coeur, IL, and within 4 years grew to over 100. And we’re still growing.
In 2019, our entire leadership team changed to update our overall infrastructure. With this came better support centers and further investments in IT, Revenue Cycle and HR that has since built a better foundation to better treat patients.
Today, we have over 80+ facilities in 10 states, support over 25 service lines, and employ over 1200 team members. Our collaborative knowledge taps into over 200 dentists and nearly 300 hygienists in the Elite Dental Partners family.
Most importantly, our patients love us and our partners. Elite Dental Partners boasts a 96% satisfaction rate with our valued patients.
