The senior leadership team had over 100 years of collective healthcare experience prior to joining us. This prior experience includes owning, affiliating with practices, supporting and working with numerous dental practices and multi-site healthcare companies. These senior leaders have a track record of improving performance, creating efficiencies at the field level and maximizing proven strategies for patient and employee retention & acquisition.
Our management philosophy centers around establishing true collaborative relationships with all affiliated dental practices, dentists, and team members in order to provide industry leading non-clinical support services.
